- Recruitment - Liaise with recruitment agencies on new hires. Arrange job interviews on behalf of HR Manager.Shortlisting and sourcing of potential candidates
- Compensation - Assist in bi-monthly payroll processing. Calculation of basic salary, overtime, meal and transport allowances for foreign workers
- Benefits - Updating of staff annual leave, medical leave, medical claim
- Organize company event
- Assist in data entry of staff’s data such as staff particulars, training records, foreign workers’ work pass details
- Issuing cheque payment to vendors
