- HR Intern (2 Months)
Job Description
• Recruitment - Liaise with recruitment agencies on new hires. Arrange job interviews on behalf of HR Manager. Shortlisting and sourcing of potential candidates
• Compensation - Assist in bi-monthly payroll processing. Calculation of basic salary, overtime, meal and transport allowances for foreign workers
• Benefits - Updating of staff annual leave, medical leave, medical claim
• Organize Corporate Social Responsibility event
• Assist in data entry of staff’s data such as staff particulars, training records, foreign workers’ work pass details
• Issuing cheque payment to vendors such as training institutes, insurance brokers, recruitment agencies
• Filling and scanning of documents
• Other ad-hoc-duties as assigned
Requirements
• Knowledge in Microsoft Office
• Minimum Diploma or equivalent
• Able to start on or about 20 July 2015
