JOB DESCRIPTIONS
- Manage and/or liaise with external vendors to accomplish key duties such as distribution and production of collateral
- Work with cross-functional departments to assist in planning and execution of marketing campaigns
- Assist in working with design team to draft and copy vet designs in achieving campaign objectives
- Manage and host events such as Domino’s Little Pizza Chefs kitchen tour
- Update customer database, reports and sponsorship records
- Raise purchase requisition and perform goods receipt in SAP system to collate required documents for Finance to make payment
- Perform administrative and other ad-hoc duties as assigned
JOB REQUIREMENTS- Open to University or Polytechnic undergraduate
- Strong desire to learn along with professional drive
- Possess good interpersonal skills and a team player
- Meticulous with a keen eye for detail
- Able to follow through and ensure timely completion of assigned tasks
- Enthusiastic and energetic
- Good command of English; spoken & written
- Proficient in MS Word, PowerPoint and Excel
- Prior knowledge in SAP is an advantage
