Doka Formwork Pte Ltd – HR & Admin Intern

Support of the Regional Management Team in all kinds of administrative tasks:

• Coordination of international correspondence
• Organize and maintain efficient filing system
• Calendar & travel management
• Organization of internal & external meetings
• Other ad hoc duties as assigned

 Human Resources Support:

• Active involvement in recruitment processes (correspondence, interview coordination, design job descriptions, pre-selection, etc.)
• Driving various reports (incl. ensuring data accuracy & maintenance of data) on a regional level
• Responsible for training management (arrangements, organization & follow up)
• Process owner for the on-boarding process for new employees joining the regional team and further implement the on-boarding standards on a regional level
• Create, implement and maintain the regional HR team site in the group-wide Intranet

Qualification:

• Currently pursuing a Degree in Business Administration or in any equivalent field with Human Resource/ Marketing knowledge/ experience.  

• Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Power Point and Outlook)

• Strong organizational skills

• Able to work independently in a fast-paced environment

• An eye for detail and possess quantitative and analytical skills will be a plus

• Positive work attitude and self-initiative
