What You can Expect
We have a wide range of challenging and dynamic aspects of operations that you can learn. With hands-on experience, you will get a better understanding of managing restaurant operations that are in compliance with Subway standards. You will also have a good knowledge on how to run a restaurant business.

Midway through the internship, you will be invited to a dialogue session with The Management. There will also be a sharing session for us to hear your suggestions and feedback on the program.

Throughout the program, you will have plenty of opportunities in meeting people and interacting with customers.  

Internship Period
Internships is offered for three months. The next batch will start in March 2014. If you are not available during these periods, do let us know. We will try to accommodate your schedule, subject to the agreement of both parties.

What We Look For
a. Mindset
Have an open and inquiring mind! To get the most out of the program, you are encouraged to maintain a positive and enthusiastic attitude.

b. Attendance
You are expected to follow strictly the weekly schedule. If you are unable to attend any of the activities, please inform the Restaurant Manager in advance, with your reasons.

c. Punctuality
You are expected to report for official duties punctually, that is to arrive 15 minutes before the scheduled time.

d. Leave of Absence
You are not eligible for any paid leave during the programme. However, if you need to go on leave to attend to personal matters, you should obtain prior approval from your supervisor. Your allowance will be deducted accordingly for the period of absence.

Allowances

Monthly Rates
A monthly internship allowance of S$1000 will be paid to you. Your internship allowance will be deducted accordingly for absences.

Transport Expenses
You will be reimbursed $200 per month for transport expenses.
