Job Description

2 HR Internships opportunities in Compensation & Benefits and Learning/Talent Management.

Compensation & Benefit Internship

1. Pay and Bonus Review Process

  • Support Goal Setting by helping to prepare guidelines.

    Follow up on closure.

  • Support Goal Achievement process.

  • Support pay and bonus process and ensure that worksheets and calculations are correct and preparation of letters.

2. Data Collection

  • Support data collection process from Global and AP reaching out to countries, collate and check data to ensure accuracy

3. Travel and Expat Insurance and Pension Plan Administration

4. Coordinate C&B surveys with providers and ensure country participation by tracking and reporting

5. Support pay band development – extracting and compiling data for analysis

6. Support expat assignment processes as required

7. Support ad-hoc C&B projects

Learning/Talent Management Internship

1.  Employee Engagement

  • Partner country HR managers on survey roll-out processes, communication and reporting.

  • Generate reports on EOS results

  • Track EOS follow-up action plans of Asia Pacific countries via Management Action Tracking Tool (MATT)

  • Train department champions on report analysis and facilitation of deep dive discussion

2.  Employee Recognition Program

  • Facilitate the nomination and approval process for the region

  • Partner the marketing team to plan and coordinate the annual recognition event

3. Talent Management

  • Monitor the HiPo pool for Asia Pacific

  • Update HiPo database for reporting purposes

  • Update succession planning database when required

  • Coordinate with country HR to ensure information collected is up-to-date

4. Learning & Development

    • Consolidate monthly learning management  templates and Active Leadership updates of Asia Pacific countries

    • Work with AskHR for course enrolments and updating of training records

    • Manage the administration of internal training workshops

    • Communicate and manage enquiries from participants & trainers

    • Prepare training materials, attendance sheet & evaluation forms

    • Ensure post training feedback, communication and follow-up.

    • Participates in the design and updating of training policies where applicable.

    • Coordinate between Global/AP countries for various global learning rollouts

5. Performance Management

  • Assist in the preparation of AP panel reviews
  • Act as key administrator for GTS
