We are looking for an Intern to join us in this exciting journey. In this position, you have the opportunity to be part of the Customer Service Team that will develop customer-centric programs which will positively impact the DHL eCommerce brand across Asia Pacific.
Are you ready for the challenge?
What our intern will learn and contribute within a minimum of 6 months:
- Conduct regional competitive research online on whether Customer Service is the differentiator for their business and if they provide Customer Service to both Merchants and Consumers.
- Daily management and update of News Feed into our DHL eCommerce Asia Portal
- Compilation of public holidays for the top 50 countries in 2017. This information is required to be fed into DHL eCommerce Asia Portal latest by Dec 2016.
- Translation of CS Training materials (CS Process, SFDC and Contact Management System) from English to Simplified Chinese.
- Participate in User Acceptance Testing of CS Systems
- Data analysis / work-time study at Singapore office

- Good communications skills and written/spoken - English & Mandarin
- Basic statistics and data analysis

- Creative with good problem-solving skills
- Able to commit 5 days a week
- Good computer skills – MS Word, Powerpoint and Visio
