- Job Description
- Responsibilities: - Deliver professional service via email/telephone to customers (and leads) on products and services enquiries in an effective and efficient manner - Ability to understand customers’ needs and provide appropriate solutions and attention - Identify cross-sell opportunities during customer interaction - Systematically manage, lead and own company’s sales, CRM and vendor enabling tools - Support periodic marketing activities to generate sales leads and demand generation Requirements: - Minimum Diploma in any discipline - Minimum 1 year’s relevant experience in a fast-paced environment - Possess strong customer service orientation and effective interpersonal skills - Demonstrate excellent creative problem solving and negotiation skills - Good work attitude and must be meticulous, organized, reliable and able to handle work pressure well - Independent and able to work under minimal supervision - Possess strong command of written and spoken English - Good computer literacy in MS Office applications - Pleasant disposition and warm personality
