Responsibilities:
Retail Furniture / Interior Design Services salesAttend client’s briefing/ Site measurement
Develop conceptual design to our corporate clients
Design and provide presentations to corporate clients
Design documentation and preparing material boards
Preparation of all related detailed/ elevation drawings for execution of design construction
To propose our products to Developers, Architects, Designers, etc for their projects
Responsible for achieving sales target of company
To be able to colour coordinate and propose fabrics to our customers
To increase our market share in the residential & corporate sales mark.
Requirements:
Min. GCE ‘A’/’O’ level / Diploma /Degree in Design discipline
Independent, resourceful and able to multi-task
Proficient in Microsoft Office
Proficient in AutoCAD, 3D max, Sketchup, Vray and Photoshop. Website updating.
Possess excellent presentation and interpersonal skills
Possess excellent design capabilities, a flair for creativity and a positive attitude
Strong presentation skills and ability to manage client’s expectations
Good team player and independent
Beneficial if candidate has a good network of contacts with developers, architects, designers and main contractors
