Job scope
Complete minor software version consolidation for each of APAC location prior to the initiation of SCCM vNext migration.
Achieve and maintain patch / mandatory software (SRM) compliance for clients to always reach more than 95% every month.
Sign - Off documents upon completing the minor software consolidation for every APAC locations.
Job description
Monitor and create regular updates report for the activities progress.
Work together with the customers and identify / collect all the required information and requirements.
Maintain and update the minor software consolidation result to each of the APAC locations.
Plan and schedule software maintenance with each location.
Liaise with operations team to perform the distribution as per agreed schedule.
Monitor the distribution status and follow up with location and operations team if there are any issues with the distribution.
Coordinate with operations team and ensure issues are fixed within the agreed SLA.
Initiate regular communication with location to provide progress and resolve any challenges raised during the client remediation.
Qualifications
Basic knowledge in SQL query.
Excellent knowledge in data processing analytical skills using excel or similar tools.
Strong in presentation skills.
Strong Verbal and Written Communication skills in English.
Strong interpersonal skills and ability to adapt with cross-cultural environments.
Able to work as a team and independently and perform well under pressure with minimal supervision.
Able to execute the tasks according to the standard processes.
Knowledge about software release management and patch management.
VBA macro knowledge is an added advantage.
KPIs
Minor software version consolidation is 100% compliance for at least 3 locations each month. All 19 APAC locations to be completed within 6 months.
Reaching at least 95% compliance for client patches and SRM in 3 months, more than 95% in 6 months.
Resolve the incident tickets within ticket SLA time.
