Assist Managing Director and General Managers in their daily office duties
Ad-hoc assistance in all MBFS SG departments such as Business Development & Strategy, Marketing & Digital Transformation, Operations and Finance & Controlling
Assist to prepare market research, analysis reports and working instructions on internal processes whenever necessary
Prepare presentations and reports on a regular basis with regard to MBFS Business Results, Strategy and Marketing
Support in organization of events such as corporate days and teambuilding events
Qualifications:
· Microsoft Office knowledge especially MS Excel, PowerPoint, Word and Outlook
· Strong interest in Financing products, technologies and Digital Marketing of advantage
· English langue skills
· Intercultural awareness
· Ability to work independently
· Good organizational skills
