Company Profile
Creative Culinaire offers courses on cooking and baking to local and overseas students. Fully equipped for hands-on classroom training and cooking demonstrations, the school features courses specially designed and conducted by Director and Executive Chef Judy Koh and her team.

The school operates 2 classrooms to cater to groups of various sizes. Classroom 1 is the school’s flagship classroom; being able to accommodate up to 50 students. Classroom 2 has a capacity of 20 students and is suitable for smaller class sizes.

Creative Culinaire the School’s lessons include:
Cake baking
Cake decorating
Pastry making
Bread baking
Recipes and techniques from featured Asian and Western chefs
Professional baking
The school offers lessons for all skill levels from basic to advance to professional and welcomes anyone with a passion for the culinary arts.

Besides our regular classes, Creative Culinaire the School also conducts team building events.
Job Description
  • Assist in production of daily items (cakes, breads)
  • Assist in development of new recipes and testing of recipes 
  • Provide support to head baker for customized cake orders 
  • Bakery daily operations (e.g. inventory listing, purchase of ingredients)
  • Assist in classes conducted
