You ll
work closely handling clients all over the world to provide technical
support that are currently being used by learners globally.
The
role will allow you to contribute directly to the evolution of our
educational software and methodology that is currently adopted by
thousands of learners worldwide. You will also enjoy an immense
opportunity to grow as you have the freedom to participate in key
product decisions as well as lead a team of developers who will work
directly with you.
Here's what we are looking for:
- Must possess Bachelor’s Degree in Economic, Marketing, IT, Computer Science, or equivalent.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Broad knowledge of software & IT market across Asia.
- Able to work either independently or with a team.
- Excellent command of English proficiency in both oral and written.
- Good presentation skills and good analytical mindset.
- Ability to speak Mandarin in oral and written to liaise with mandarin speaking counterparties will be a big bonus.
