Job Description: Rainbow Lapis has been out in the market since 2005. Since then, we have been in taking part in food events around the Singapore Island; including Heartland Mall, Funan the IT mall, Hougang Point, Harbourfront Centre, Riverside Point, People’s Park Centre, Tangs, and Takashimaya. Our permanent stores are currently located in People’s Park Centre and Lau Pa Sat and our product range includes nonya kueh, packaged items, and drinks.

Due to rapid expansion, we are looking for motivated and energetic individuals to join our retail team.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITY

(a) Merchandising Display

- Study and improve merchandising and window display to promote company image

- Ensure hygiene standards are maintained

- Making aesthetics changes regarding product placement

(b) Marketing

- Take on marketing and branding projects

- Be involved in creating a brand - including colour-identification, culture communication, brand image projection

(c) New Product Development

- Be involved in the development of new products in the heritage or seasonal sector.

- Be involved in both development, launch and monitoring of new products
