Job Description
From layout to function, the PHP Web Developer is responsible for designing, coding and modifying the existing/new projects. You will be required to:
- Build and deploy web-based applications
- Manage MySql databases
- Build REST APIs based on requirements
- Code additional pages to existing site
- Make amends to existing pages
- Make minor back-end changes to existing site
- Code EDMs
- Create and code flash display banners
Skill requirement:
- Strong proficiency in PHP web application development, PHP frameworks such as Laravel as well as other web technologies including but not limited to JavaScript, JQuery, CSS, HTML, HTML5.
- Understanding Mobile Application development flow and must familiar with iOS/Android applications
- Prior experience in managing both SQL database including but not limited to MySQL and Mongo DB.
- Strong understanding of git and git flow as well as experience in using version control tools such as Github and Bitbucket.
- Knowledge and experience about implementing RESTful web services.
- Flash knowledge and experience in banner creation with eyeblaster tagging.
Knowledge of the following web technology would be preferred:
- Server side technology
- Social media integration. Facebook, Twitter, Google Plus, Tumblr, Instagram etc
Requirements:
- At least a Diploma or Advanced/ Higher/ Graduate Diploma in Computer Science/IT or any related disciplines.
