The Role:

Responsibilities:

• Preparation of packing list, delivery orders, invoicing and  weekly & monthly reports

• Data entry

• Liaising with suppliers, internal & external customers

• Support on any general admin duties as assigned

• Coordinates imports and exports.

• Reviews expediting schedules on all customer orders. Obtains and forwards information to planning and sales teams. 

• Arranges transportation and forwarding services for all orders to ensure material is delivered as per schedule.

Qualifications:

·         Current or recent enrollment in a graduate or undergraduate degree program with an interest and aptitude to work in Accounting, or non-profit management/administrative fields

·         Ability to prioritize tasks and handle numerous assignments simultaneously;

·         Preferable good in Microsoft Office.
