- Job Description
- Duties & Responsibilities:
- 1st & 2nd level troubleshooting for local users.
- Assist remotely to overseas subsidiaries users where necessary.
- Create/maintain user access for share folders, email, and Windows ID includes for new and existing users
- Basic mobile phone email configuration support.
- Perform routine server monitoring and ensure daily server logs are recorded
- Any other adhoc duties as assigned by supervisor
Requirements:- Certification/Diploma in Info-Comm Technology(ICT) or similar and with 1-2 years working experience
- Good knowledge on the fundamentals of desktop support
- Intermediate Knowledge on LAN/WAN & Server management(Windows Server OS)
