Job Description

Under the supervision of Duty Managers, he/she is to perform the check in and check out process in a friendly and efficient manner.

Performs check-ins and check-outs
Cashiering duties
Issuance of guest room keys
Room blocking
Coordinating with Housekeeping.
Updating PMS ( Opera )
Able to upsell
Handling guest enquiries by acquiring good product knowledge
Ensures guest safety
Handling of complaints
Promote, develop and maintain strong working relations
Observing punctuality and attendance
