Capital Match Holdings Pte. Ltd. – Marketing Associate

Capital Match is a technology-centric peer-to-peer lending platform – basically, an online marketplace for investor-lenders to make loans to SME borrowers, thereby bypassing the banking system.

The P2P lending industry is already large and well-established in the US and Europe, but is in its nascent stages in Southeast Asia. It is the biggest disruption happening to the banking industry and we aim to become a major financing arranger for local SMEs and provide corporate, institutional and individual investors access to the SME loan market.

-          Marketing Associate Internship

-          Full-time / Part-time position to assist with PR and marketing strategy and online platform development (part-time commitment of 20 days per week)

-          Monthly salary: S$1,000-1,500 (full-time, pro-rated)

-          Start-up atmosphere: No dress code, no hierarchy, young team of experienced entrepreneurs and financiers

-        Executing PR & Marketing strategy

-        Manage company’s corporate presence, brand and reputation – online, print, word-of-mouth

-        Monitoring of newspapers/magazines/online sites and blogs for industry and competitor mentions

-        Responsible for the weekly compilation of press/media clippings/digital screen grabs to assess marketing effectiveness

-        Work with website and platform development teams to develop and implement marketing tools

 

-        Talented individuals from any discipline will be considered

-        Strong interest in Marketing, Media

-        Interest in financial sector, P2P lending is a plus

-        Passion to be hands-on and take ownership of tasks

-        Ability to present ideas to others and communicate openly in a team

-        Attention to detail
