Job Description

Booking.com’s APAC Recruitment team is looking for an enthusiastic and service minded Recruitment Intern to work together with our Recruiters in Singapore, Shanghai and Tokyo.

This is a great opportunity for a student who would like to learn more about recruitment, who is effortlessly organized, appreciates attention to detail while prioritizing within a highly dynamic and fast paced environment. 

You should be a self-starter, flexible, goal-oriented, and energized by ensuring our candidates have the best experience possible.

You will take care of administration and daily operational tasks, like assisting the team with sourcing, scheduling, entering data into our systems, creating reports and other daily activities. We offer an environment for professional development and this could be very well be your stepping stone to become a successful, international HR professional!

This is a full time internship until Mid/End August with the possibility to extend until the end of this year (full time or part time).


Responsibilities

  • Sourcing for new applications via internal and external websites. Support with the appropriate sourcing strategy to attract top candidates to Booking.com (including job-boards, social media, agencies, forums, internal sources etc.)
  • Coordinate scheduling and setting up (phone) interviews
  • Update and maintain systems and reporting data
  • Administration of jobs inbox
  • Create reports
  • Facilitate assessment centers
  • Arrange and attend job fairs
  • Create the best candidate experience possible
