An opportunity has surfaced for Finance and Administration Intern to join Blynk Pte. Ltd., an award-winning and leading provider of Retail & F&B solutions powered by data mining.

Reporting directly to the company’s top management, the role will take on a dual responsibility of Finance/Account management and Administrative duties. He/she will be fully involved in all aspects of office management, finances and HR functions.

Job Description

Finance Duties:

General Ledgers

Responsible for managing and keeping general ledgers of all entities listed up to date
Login Details to all accounts to be provided to you*

Accounts Payable

Responsible for the preparation of payment vouchers to vendors and all employees (under Blynk Pte Ltd) and the issuance of cheques.


Accounts Receivable

Responsible for preparing Monthly invoices as required


General Accounting Duties

Responsible for preparing:

  • Bank statement reconciliation
  • Bank account balance and list of un-cleared cheques to Edmund Zehoo (CTO)  and William Moy (CFO) at the end of every month
  • Responsible for the creation of other types of financial reports when requested by the Management team
  • Track and report up-to-date pipeline summary report and financial projections (especially on collections) to Management team
  • Alert Management team on the overall health and run-rate of the company

Administration & HR Duties

  • Assist Managers with Administration tasks when and if necessary.
  • Assist in the creation and dissemination of email communications between the Company and third-parties when directed to do so (including: chasing up customers and partners for collections, when necessary)
  • Responsible for managing the inventory of office and pantry supplies when necessary
  • Record and track leave taken by employees
