Job Description
Person we are looking for 
We are looking for a marketing and user acquisition intern to convert and on board restaurant's customers into BigSpoon.

You goal for the internship will be to work with the BigSpoon restaurants and experiment with different communication message and mediums to convert the majority of their customers to order with BigSpoon. You don't take 'no' for an answer. You have an innate desire to know the reason for rejection and how to turn it around.

The success of your internship will be measured by the number of orders from each restaurant.

If you have experience in copywriting, marketing and design, it will be very useful. If you do not, you will learn how to get it done.

A computer engineer (Qiao Liang) who self-taught himself development on multiple platforms in a matter of months and a hustler (Jay Teo) who is adept at picking up new skills and getting shit done like a swiss army knife. We work fast, we work smart and we keep pushing the boundaries.

Wide variety of technical challenges for you to get your hands dirty In-store marketing, customer acquisition and activation, print design, copy writing, online marketing, customer experience. You get to be involved with experimenting new marketing strategies that will change the way the world works.

What can you expect? If the ball's falling, catch it. Working in a startup is not cool or hip like what the media portrays. It is a really tough grind and you will be constantly challenged with new problems that you have never encountered before. Expect a dynamic environment where big problems arise all the time.

There are a million ways to communicate and on board a restaurant's customer. And every restaurant serves different types of customers. You will experiment with different ways, most of them will fail and only some will be successful. You must be comfortable with failing. You will manage and be responsible for the entire customer acquisition process from start to end. This includes conceptualizing, discussing with restaurant owners, creating campaigns, testing campaign, measuring results, and figuring out why some things work and others don't.
