- The responsibilities of a Customer Service Intern are:
- Attend to phone/email queries from our customers and provide clear and effective solutions
- Coordinate with various internal teams to troubleshoot and resolve problems
- Maintain and manage the database of customers
- Deliver exceptionally high standards of customer service
- Support our beauty partners with their queries and issuesOur activity surges over the weekends. Flexibility to work on weekends will be a major bonus.
