The Association of Small & Medium Enterprises is a not-for-profit, pro-active Organisation which serves to stimulate the growth and development of Singapore SMEs (Small and Medium Enterprises). Today, ASME is by far the association of choice by government agencies for private-public collaborations on SME-centric initiatives and programmes. To fuel our expansion, we are looking for a dynamic individual to join us as an Admin Coordinator (Contract).
The incumbent shall fulfill the stated requirement and undertake the following roles and responsibilities:
Responsibilities
· Support promotion and marketing of projects and events
· Render administrative support to the department
· Make calls and drive participation of ASME’s initiatives and programmes
· Create and update the division’s statistical reports for management reporting;
· Support ASME’s key initiatives and any other duties that the management may assign.
Requirements
· ‘A’ level students or Diploma holders
· Excellent interpersonal and communication skills’
· A self-starter and independent worker;
· Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel and Powerpoint)
· Knowledge in Photoshop is a bonus
· Proficient in written and spoken English. Ability to communicate in Chinese is preferred
· Working Hours: Mondays to Fridays – 9am to 6pm
· Able to commit till 30 November 2015
