Job Description: We are a corporate services company specializing in the establishment and ongoing administration of onshore and offshore companies.

We are looking for interns or fresh graduates curious about the how's of setting up a company and how it works:

*how a company is being registered in Singapore

*how to add new directors or resign existing directors

*how to effect a share transfer and how to issue new shares

Type of People we are looking for:

*Someone with an exploring curious mind

*Able to ask questions and interested in people

*Highly organized and have an eye for details

*Good Knowledge of MS Office applications

*Able to work under pressure and tight datelines

*Ability to work independently and as a team member

*Fluent in both written and spoken English

*Good self discipline

*Undergraduate in Business Administration
