Job Description: Assist the Finance Manager to handle most aspects of the company's finances
Handle all payables and receivables e.g. to/from merchants, partners, advertisers, staff payroll, etc
Manage and perform data entry into financial software
Prepare and check all financial reports before submission
Admin duties associated with Finance and Operations of the company
Assist in all other aspects of the company's operations when needed
Able to take stress of deadlines
Job Requirements:
Proactive and excellent learning attitude
Energetic problem solver
Ability to work well in a team and independently
Ability to work with multiple details and be organized in your thoughts and work
Detail oriented, results oriented, Multi-tasker
Experience and background in Finance/Accounting a plus
Proficiency in financial tools and software e.g. MS Excel, MYOB, Google Spreadsheets, etc.
