- Job Description
- Attend to customer enquiries and handle customer feedback/complaints if needed
- Make reservations for customers on various bookings (e.g. travel, product deals)
- Manage warehouse inventory (e.g. receiving stocks, no./SKU count, storage, outgoing stocks)
- Packaging of products to be delivered to customers
- Assist customer walk-ins to collect their purchased products
- Manage all paperwork related to the flow of products from receiving point to sending point
- Use the knowledge and experience gained to improve on ADA's logistical process flow
- Any other ad-hoc tasks and assignments as required
