Job Description:

1. Assist the Operations Manager to manage all aspects of the company's operations.

2. Manage stock flow e.g. receiving stock from the merchant, accounting for the proper amount, storage in ADA warehouse and retrieval upon redemption/merchant re-collection.

3. Actively monitor incoming and outgoing stock activity so as to keep stock volume at an an optimum level.

4. Process deliveries of product deals to customers through liaising with ADA's courier service

5. Any other ad-hoc tasks and assignments as required.

6. Continuously come up with improvements to assist ADA to fulfill its orders to its customers in the most efficient manner

Job Requirements:

1. Interest in the daily deals/group buying industry/eCommerce in general

2. Experience in warehousing/logistics/inventory management is a plus

3. Strong problem-solving skills

4. Proficient in the use of Internet/MS Office

5. Able to work independently as well as in a team

6. Ability to multi-task, work under pressure and meet deadlines
