Position: Marketing & operations Executive (Internship)
Job Description:
Plan and execute marketing campaigns such as EDM blasts, lucky draws, Facebook contests, free give-aways etc
Manage ADA social media portfolio such as Facebook/Twitter/Google+ so by posting ADA's/fun posts so as to keep the user activity high, as well as attending to questions/feedback posted by customers
Manage ADA blog by writing posts on interesting deals and SEO-friendly articles
Manage ADA affiliate program by registering new affiliates and providing them with relevant promotional materials to publicize about ADA
Work with external organizations/institutes to provide specials offers/discounts to their members/students
Preparation of deal mock-ups and scheduling of new deals to be listed and old deals to be terminated
Attend to customer enquires and handle customer feedback over the phone if needed
Make reservations for customers on various bookings (e.g. travel, product deals)
Manage stock inventory for products to be collected at AllDealsAsia office
Assist customer walk-ins to collect their purchased products
Any other ad-hoc tasks and assignments as required
Job Requirements
Interest in the daily deals/group buying industry/ecommerce in general
Good communication, writing and telephone skills
Proficient in the use of Internet/MS Office/Photoshop or similar photo-editing software
Able to work independently as well as in a team
Ability to multi-task, work under pressure and meet deadlines
Good attitude and customer service skills
Ability to commit at least 3 months (Start Oct/Nov)
