Job Description
Attend to customer enquires and handle customer feedback/complaints if needed
Make reservations for customers on various bookings (e.g. travel, product deals)
Manage stock inventory (e.g. receiving stocks, inventory count, storage, outgoing stocks)
Packaging of products to be delivered to customers
Assist customer walk-ins to collect their purchased products
Manage all paperwork related to the flow of products from receiving point to sending point
Use the knowledge and experience gained to improve on ADA's logistical process flow
Any other ad-hoc tasks and assignments as required
Job Requirements
Interest in the daily deals/group buying industry/ecommerce in general
Interested to work in a start-up environment
Good communication, writing and telephone skills
Proficient in the use of Internet/MS Office
Able to work independently as well as in a team
Ability to multi-task, work under pressure and meet deadlines
Good attitude and customer service skills
Enthusiasm and a sense of ownership
