Responsibilities:

The primary role of this position is to provide game changing services to our customers. You will be interacting with customers, responding to their needs.

You will vary between working independently and in small teams and will often be traveling between the offices of customers in Singapore.

Requirements:

Hard skills

Extensive experience with Microsoft Windows

Experience with networks in professional environments required

Familiarity with other operating systems preferred (Linux, OS X)

Experience with administration of Servers (Windows or Mac) preferred

Troubleshooting hardware and software issues

Soft skills

Fluent in spoken English

Approachable and friendly attitude

Fast learner
