Job Description:
1. Assist the Operations Manager to manage all aspects of the company's operations.
2. Manage one of the main channels of customer engagement e.g. email/hotline/Facebook/in person, etc.
3. Attend to customer's inquiries on our deals and feedback on how ADA can improve their shopping experience.
4. Follow up with merchants on customer's complaints & inquiries and follow up with senior management when needed.
5. Assist in the redemption of deals for walk-in customers.
6. Any other ad-hoc tasks and assignments as required.
Job Requirements:
1. Interest in the daily deals/group buying industry/eCommerce in general
2. Good communication, telephone and negotiation skills
3. Excellent customer service orientation, having an intimate understanding of customer needs
4. Experience in call centre/customer service activities is a plus
5. Ability to communicate in Mandarin is a bonus
6. Strong problem-solving skills
7. Organized, meticulous and good in administrative work
8. Proficient in the use of Internet/MS Office
9. Able to work independently as well as in a team
10. Ability to multi-task, work under pressure and meet deadlines
