- Provides a professional end-to-end bid/proposal management service for the production of quality proposal documents prepared in response to typically and complex RFP/RFQ/RFIs.
- Manage an offer through different phases of the Opportunity Lifecycle Process (from “Offer Qualification” to “Contract Transfer completion”) and leads the bid team, coordinating all bid activity supported by applicable processes and procedures.
- Ensure that proposals are produced on time and with a common look and feel which reflects the Alcatel-Lucent image & corporate standards.
- Co-ordinate within B&P team for data collection and analysis of information related to submitted and upcomming offers.
- Support day to day reporting work for Bid Management team for the RoAPAC.
- To implement and maintain the tools used for Bid Management in region.
