Please note this is a full time, long-term role and not an internship program.

Job Scope:

• Collection, documentation, and follow-up of adverse events, safety info and safety issues

• Maintain the local PV tracker.

• Perform data entry into the safety database according to stipulated timelines.

• Perform quality review of safety report prior to submission.

• Perform report submission to regulatory authorities

• Prepare the weekly submission package for Clinical Operations team.

• Attend team meetings.

• Maintain filing and archiving system.

Requirements

• Diploma/Bachelor Degree in Pharmacy or Health Sciences

• Previous PV experiences are preferred (but non-mandatory)

• Good command of written and spoken English

• Computer literacy

• Meticulous

• Able to work independently

• Good time management skills

• Good document organization skills
