Job Description: Personal Assistant to the Managing Director -- A fast paced, high intensity, and extremely challenging job for a highly motivated and intelligent self-starter (fresh graduates are welcome!) with great organisational, communication, and problem solving skills. The job requires flexibility and thinking on your feet, as you will be handling multiple tasks and priorities. Must be proficient in all basic computer skills and softwares (Outlook, Word, Excel, Power Point, Adobe, etc), speaks fluent English and Mandarin (Malay or Bahasa Indonesia is also a plus), and is extremely resourceful, inquisitive, and will go the distance to get things done. Main job tasks: administrative, bookkeeping/finance, research, translation (English to Mandarin and vice versa), review contracts, communication (emailing, calling, taking notes, etc), scheduling, and travelling.
