Purpose of Job
The data analyst is required to analyze and visualize data to enhance operational efficiency as well as to support continuous improvement for the Company.
The Data Analyst will assist and perform complex analysis in an evolving data environment. In addition to very strong technical skills, this position requires superb business process analysis and interpersonal skills.          

Responsibilities       

• Data gathering and analysis     

• Design, optimize and automate cross functional processes       

• Focus on solutions, dive  into projects, and quickly identify drivers in the data 

• Identify relevant trends,  do follow-up analysis, prepare visualizations   

• Develop dashboards to track remediation of issues      

Requirements          

• Working familiarity and highly proficient with tools like Excel, Google Spreadsheet  

• Self-starter – must be productive with minimal direction         

• Ability to work in a fast-paced, technical, cross-functional environment        

• Excellent visual design sense regarding clear and accurate presentation of data

• Statistics, data analysis,  data-driven computation are all relevant areas of study

• Any field of study

• Fast leaner and able to meet deadlines

• Highly meticulous

• Strong ability to work as a team and be willing to multitask.
