- Job Description
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Oversee centralized operations and support needs.
- Ensure operations run smoothly within company such as information and data processing, mail, materials scheduling and distribution, printing, records management.
- Answer directives from directors.
- Handle and assist in accounts administrative duties
- Preparation of ad-hoc reports as required for management.
- Prepare proposals
- Act as the person in charge for all general office and admin support
- Protects organization's value by keeping information confidential.
