About the position:

As the operations intern, you will work closely with the marketing and business operations team at Zimplistic on various upcoming marketing as well as business operations initiatives. You will be directly responsible for keeping our customer service levels to the highest possible standards. This role is best suited to people who thrive under challenges and have a huge passion for learn about marketing as well as business operations. This is an exciting role where you will get the opportunity to work on multiple projects with medium to high levels of complexity, risk and business impact.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Consistently deliver high-quality work and managing projects effectively to match our company’s growth

• Ensure a delightful experience for all our customers who are interacting with our brand via social media or other channels

• Research, analyse and leverage data for actionable insights that help marketing and business operations team  

• Communicate and coordinate with vendors and partners on assigned projects

• Proactively participate in idea generation and brainstorming sessions to suggest and implement ways in which the operation processes can be optimized

• Other responsibilities include working on ad-hoc projects on as needed basis
