Responsibilities
- Managing the Employee Database and keeping it updated
- Assisting in implementing HR policies and procedures
- Updating the leave records
- Assisting in recruitment related activities
- Organizing team events and activities
- Organizing and filing company purchases
- Pantry Management - Ordering office supplies and stationary
- Assist in other departmental and organizational projects as needed and as assigned
- Keeping the office petty cash file up to date
Requirements
- Fresh graduate with at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Business Studies/Administration/Management, Human Resource Management or equivalent.
- Strong administration skills
- Familiarity with software such as Microsoft Office
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Flexibility and willingness to learn
- Must enjoy working with people
- Ability to work as part of a team
- Ability to work accurately, with attention to detail
