Tagged as one of the hottest startups in Asia, Zimplistic is gearing up to launch its flagship product with a full-blown marketing plan and significant brand- building efforts.
We understand the importance of a talented graphic designer to create visually appealing elements which communicate effectively too.
We operate in a true start-up style with huge room for creative, leadership and ownership
Job Duties/Responsibilities:
• Apply brand identity, typography, photography, color and elements appropriately to create innovative visual solutions that meet business needs.
• Conceptualize, design and develop branding projects and end-to-end campaign deliverables.
• Confer with marketing to understand the target consumer, business and marketing objectives over time, to develop powerful concepts which business growth (comfortable in wearing creative director and strategic planner hats when needed)
• Create all brand touchpoint collaterals in offline and online world (packaging, user manual, strategic aspects of website, trial booth graphic design etc).
• If campaign requires- source for shoots, props and talents. Intermediate to advanced photography skills a solid advantage.
• The person is expected to grow the team as we go into more markets via recruiting right people in each country to report to him/her directly.
Requirements
• Mac & Adobe competent – Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop etc.
• Ability to optimise concepts to work in digital marketing mediums (social media, blog, banner ads etc).
• Portfolio that displays ability to generate outstanding concepts and execute them end to end (with collaboration with external resources where necessary).
• Strong ownership and resourceful attitude.
• Preferred Skills: Self-motivated with positive attitude who finds brand building from scratch exciting. Start-up experience or aspirations is a plus.
