Job Description

About the position

To help us serve our growing international customer base, we're looking for an energetic, intelligent and engaging customer service intern to join our team.

You will work hand in hand with our customer service manager to answer all our incoming customer queries with patience, passion and positivity.

Because we're expanding our customer support team, you'll be an integral part of setting up processes to ensure we meet our customer needs, assess their satisfaction consistently and make them feel valued genuinely.

Our fast-paced startup environment will challenge you daily as we will look to you for fresh insights, feedback and ideas.

This is an exciting role where you'll work on multiple projects simultaneously, experience many parts of the business rapidly and showcase your interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

  • Answer customer inquiries via email, live chat and voice from 2pm - 10pm

  • Create processes to facilitate accurate issue escalations for customer service issues

  • Build knowledge base to give customer instant trouble-shooting tools at their fingertips

  • Develop training materials for our Philippine team for service and machine troubleshooting

  • Report service KPIs, customer feedback and service team insights to management


You will fit well into the team if you:
