- Job Description
- As the operations intern, you will work closely with the business operations team at Zimplistic on various upcoming business operations initiatives. This role is best suited to people who thrive under challenges and have a huge passion for learn about business operations.
Your Task
Assist in documenting various processes, system requirements and best practices related to business operations (flow charts, SOP etc) directed by intern’s manager - Analyse customer orders to qualify clean orders. - Track Finished product and deliveries to service provider and customer. - Assist in finalising clean orders for customer fulfilment and delivery - Track Service provider's efficiency and update results - Track, followup and communicate status with completed, potential risks and issues. Assist in improving the overall operations - Assist with projects in developing plans, summarize progress and escalate dependencies and unresolved issues. - Partner with internal & external stakeholder on specific projects and work closely to achieve targets.
Requirements
Students/ Freshers with a major in Business studies. Excellent Writing and verbal communication skills Must be a team player and have the ability to interact with all levels in the organization Effective time management skills Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excell, Powerpoint & Visio), Google Drive etc.
