HR & Administrative Officer
Responsibilities
Managing the Employee Database and keeping it updated
Assisting in implementing HR policies and procedures
Updating the leave records
Assisting in recruitment related activities
Organizing team events and activities
Organizing and filing company purchases
Pantry Management - Ordering office supplies and stationary
Assist in other departmental and organizational projects as needed and as assigned
Keeping the office petty cash file up to date
Requirements
Fresh graduate with at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Business Studies/Administration/Management, Human Resource Management or equivalent
Strong administration skills
Familiarity with software such as Microsoft Office
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
The flexibility and willingness to learn
Must enjoy working with people
The ability to work as part of a team
The ability to work accurately, with attention to detail
