Company Profile: Zenith Safety Consultancy provides consulting and advisory services on industrial certification and standards such as bizSAFE, ISO 9000, HACCP, etc. We work with clients from every industry sector across Singapore and our short-term goal is to expand into neighboring countries like Malaysia and Cambodia. Even as an Intern, you will be exposed to real situations and will be given the responsibilities and resources to solve problems. Every project we handle involves the cooperation of different parties and you will also be responsible in coordinating the entire process. At the end of your internship, you will be more than ready to step into the working world and take on different obstacles that you will face.
Job Description: As the Sales Coordinator, your main responsibility will be to ensure that our open projects progress in a smooth manner according to different datelines. You will be assisting the sales team in liaising with their customers to schedule the different stages of each project. On top of that, you will also be assisting with general administrative and customer service duties that are important to the company's functionality.
