Responsibilities

• Perform general administrative duties like general filing, data entry, photocopying and general items purchase
  
• Any other admin duties that may be assigned from time to time
  
• Provide necessary IT support to our customers
  
• Handle incoming & outgoing faxes and telephone calls
  
• Collection and explanation of documents from our customers when there is a need

Requirements

• Minimum GCE 'O' Level, Higher NITEC or Diploma
  
• Good Knowledge of MS Word, MS Excel, MS Power Point
  
• Independent with a pleasant disposition
  
• Good interpersonal and communication skills
  
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
  
• Possess good team spirit
  
• Able to be multi task
