The Role:
• Administrative assistance to HR for Recruitment and Selection of candidates
• Manage the delivery of HR services to staff such as leave matters, service benefits, updating of records in HRMS
• Provide solutions on HR matters in delivering effective HR management
• Oversee the developmental of HR analytics and generate required statistics for reports
• Handle work pass applications / renewal
• Handle HR functions (e.g. manpower planning, performance management, staff development and welfare, compensation and benefits)
• General administrative duties: stationery requisition, filing, office equipment/ supplies & postage and uniform arrangement.
• Other ad hoc duties as assigned.
Requirements:
• Minimum A Levels, Diploma or Degree holder
• Meticulous and detailed, Proactive Team Player, strong interpersonal skills
• Training will be provided and fresh graduates are welcome to apply
• Willing to work long hours to ensure the success of company
• Independent worker, willing to work in a fast-paced environment
• Good written and spoken communication skills (both English and Mandarin)
• Proficient in MS Office application especially Excel
Work Details:
- Central, 1min walk to/from Chinatown MRT
- Monday to Friday
- 930am to 630pm
- Salary Range: $1.5K - $2.5K
