The regional onsite team coordinates all onsite marketing efforts among the local onsite teams. We drive new features and developments for ZALORA’s site, constantly innovating and pioneering leading edge e-commerce practices, while striving to gain an intimate understanding of the characteristics and consumer behaviour differences among the markets Zalora operates in.
We are looking for a passionate and committed individual to assist with Regional Onsite team efforts. The candidate will assist in reporting and analysis of onsite customer behaviour, and understand the formula behind successful e-commerce site design. Candidate will also be given the opportunity to use state-of-the-art systems and tools to broaden their knowledge of web analytics and e-commerce onsite marketing practices. Lastly, the candidate will gain valuable experience working with multiple functional departments, including product management, business intelligence, CRM etc., as well as with local Onsite teams across all countries.
- ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS AND KPIS
• Designing and building new dashboards/reports while optimizing existing ones
• Conducting rigorous analysis of the above - examples include onsite search behaviour analysis, onsite funnel analysis
• Take charge of tracking data quality and assist in problem solving
• In addition to the above, special projects will also be assigned (or can be initiated) - REQUIREMENTS
• Min. A Levels or Diploma
• Strong analytical ability with interest in technology and systems
• Positive attitude with a drive to get things done
• Ability to multi-task and handle multiple projects at once
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel
• Prior experience with the following is a bonus: Excel VBA / E-commerce / Web Analytics / HTML / JavaScript / Data analysis & reporting
