Job Description: Job Tasks:
Assist and propose best practices for Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems to attain business objectives
Assist with data management & email operations regionally
Involved in coordination across various departments
Requirements:
Minimum A'level or Diploma students. Undergraduates are also welcome to apply.
Keen interest in technology and systems
Strong analytical & communication skills, willingness to learn mindset
Proficient in Microsoft Excel
Prior experience with HTML, SQL is a bonus
Prior experience with email/reporting/database engines is a bonus
