1 ) Operations Intern : Logistics
Assist the logistics department with the following functions
- Process customer orders/parcels according to respective zones
- Prepare driver run sheets
- Assist in closing of run sheets
- Assist in processing re-deliveries
- Assist in managing ticket escalations from Customer Service
- Currently pursuing a diploma
- Highly motivated & committed
- An inquisitive mind set
- Good working knowledge of MS Excel
- Assist in managing ticket escalations from customers and Customer Service team
- Bridge the communication gap between Customer Service and the various teams in Operations
Currently pursuing Diploma / Degree
Proficient in both verbal and written English
Second language is a plus point
