Job Description

 Learn the ropes from our  highly  team  and gain an excellent insight in the day to day operations of one of the fastest growing e-commerce companies of Asia . 

Internship Opportunities available : 2  

1 ) Operations Intern : Logistics 

Assist the logistics department with the following functions 

  • Process customer orders/parcels according to respective zones
  • Prepare driver run sheets
  • Assist in closing of run sheets
  • Assist in processing re-deliveries
  •  Assist in managing ticket escalations from Customer Service
Your Profile 
  • Currently pursuing a diploma 
  • Highly motivated & committed 
  • An inquisitive mind set  
  • Good working knowledge of MS Excel

2) Operations Interns : Warehouse Escalations 

Assist the Warehouse Escalations department with the following functions 

  • Assist in managing ticket escalations from customers and Customer Service team
  • Bridge the communication gap between Customer Service and the various teams in Operations
Your Profile

  • Currently pursuing Diploma / Degree

  • Proficient in both verbal and written  English

  • Second language is a plus point
